WinnCompanies is looking for an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of properties within the Northern California areas (ideal location would be Merced or Northern Central Valley). In addition to serving as the point person for regional maintenance personnel, you will also manage the required maintenance financial controls and regulatory requirements of the portfolio.
Oversee Maintenance Operations to WinnStandards for a portfolio of sites including site completion of work orders/turns, review of WOPR, annual audits, contractor oversite, etc.
Ensure Employee and Site Safety including response to emergency situations and site safety procedures
Financial Controls through budget and capital improvements monitoring and reviews
Regulatory Requirements including pre-inspection of properties prior to REAC or TCAC audits to ensure above average inspection results
Act as Technical Lead for maintenance personnel
Participate in due diligence to assess the potential of new property opportunities
High School Diploma or GED.
5-8 years of relevant work experience in a property management setting, including 1-3 years of supervisory experience
Must have valid Driver’s License and be able to travel from Fresno to Chico and Bay Area (travel required 80% of the time)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Proficient use of Yardi and reporting
CMT/CMM or REAC certifications preferred
