Pinnacle Military is an industry leader in the privatized military housing arena. Having been awarded one of the earliest privatized military housing projects in Everett, WA in 1996, Pinnacle Military currently owns and operates nearly 22,000 military homes on twenty-seven military installations across the United States.

In addition to providing high-quality services typically found in market-rate residential communities, Pinnacle's military housing teams also manage and maintain the properties' streets, public lighting, and electric, natural gas, water and sewer infrastructure. The property management teams also provide an expanded resident services program, including large-scale resident events, "concierge" services, and tailored support services to military families.

Pinnacle Military's management team is fully integrated with each property's development team, assisting in unit surveys, work scope determination, renovation and new construction acceptance. The management teams must also coordinate resident relocations in support of the construction/development schedule.
