The Site Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset. Assuring the asset meets the company/owners financial and business goals in accordance with the GEM’s mission, vision and objectives. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of each property assigned through the management of such items as: leasing, information reporting, collections, resident services, overseeing maintenance, training and staff development while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws and company policies.
Position available is for a new 96 unit LIHTC apartment community under construction in Kincora mixed use development situated where Route 28 meets route 7 in Loundon County. Pre-leasing will begin during 4th quarter of 2018.
