Join a team with over 50 years of success in the real estate industry! Lincoln Property Company is currently hiring for a Systems Vendor Administrator. In this role, the Systems Vendor Administrator will be responsible for all new vendor additions and existing vendor changes. This person will also be responsible for the supervision of all vendor activity within the operating system to include research of duplicates, 1099 adjustments, etc.

EDUCATION: A high school education or equivalent is required
Inputting of all new vendors in payable system.
Updating all vendors in payable system.
Train new employees on vendor implementation procedures.
Keep all forms pertaining to vendor payables updated.
Assist at time of issuing 1099s (Jan-April).
Assist with clearing unassociated invoices in payable system as needed.
Respond to phone and email questions from onsite staff and accounting offices.
Work closely with onsite staff and accountants to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.
Ensure compliance with Lincoln Property Company policy, as well as federal and local regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and assistance with a positive and friendly tone.
Additional duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have extensive experience using a computer and email.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor associates.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
Exposure to property management software and accounting software, experience with Yardi and/or Payscan is a plus.
Experience onsite, including knowledge of Vendor Insurance Tracking services (Registry Monitoring or equiv) is a plus.
