As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for generating new leads, following up on existing leads, making sure the customer service of the community is at its absolute best, and that the residents are happy and satisfied.
Essential Daily/Weekly Duties:
Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents
Utilize sales and marketing strategies to help increase property traffic
Providing exemplary customer service to both current and prospective residents
Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional and welcoming manner
Maintain thorough knowledge of the property
Entry of information into an internal resident database
Perform various administrative duties
Assist with planning and participation of resident events
ALL OF OUR CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS REQUIRE AT LEAST SIX MONTHS OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND/OR APARTMENT LEASING EXPERIENCE.
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ability to interact with others in a team environment.
