In this role, the Systems Vendor Administrator will be responsible for all new vendor additions and existing vendor changes. This person will also be responsible for the supervision of all vendor activity within the operating system to include research of duplicates, 1099 adjustments, etc.

EDUCATION: A high school education or equivalent is required
The Talent Acquisition Analyst will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and will participate in the architecture and implementation of new technical reporting capabilities that transforms how Lincoln delivers recruiting dashboards to be utilized by executives and frontline managers. In this role you will support our people capabilities that include process improvements, technology, documentation and reporting/analytics to ensure alignment with Lincoln’s recruiting strategy and business needs.
Design, generate and distribute detailed reports and metrics to evaluate talent acquisition process and activity
Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Leadership Team to assess effectiveness of tools and processes
Report and assess recruiting process to capture accurate timeline within the ATS
Manage recruitment marketing initiatives including: career website, social media, recruitment campaigns and communication templates
Manage administrative tasks, including onboarding process
Provide support to TA team as directed by TA Leader
Maintains confidentiality, handling sensitive employee data with discretion
Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data to solve for various reporting needs
Experience developing metrics and visual dashboards
Experience with social media and applicant marketing
Solid attention to detail
Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the business; both verbally and written
Function independently with minimal direction; ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to complete highly complex tasks in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
3 years’ experience in an analytics role in any function
