The Job: Our Service Managers oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations. Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include:
Performing general maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structure, and swimming pools
Directing and supervising maintenance staff
The Details: Our Service Managers should have:
High School diploma or equivalent
At least three years of previous experience – in apartment maintenance or other related trade experience
HVAC 111 universal and CPO certifications
TDLR licensed (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation)
Basic tools of the trade
Be willing and able to work on-call
The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Rotating on call bi-monthly
