* High School Diploma required, Associates Degree desired but not required* Minimum of 2 years of related IT experience* Familiarity with USB and network interconnections and troubleshooting (cables, connectors, hubs, switches, etc. )* Excellent problem-solving skills* Possess a strong desire to learn new technologies and work methods* Ability to work in a cross-functional group environment as well as alone* Highly self-motivated, energetic, proactive and results-oriented
* Strong knowledge of computer systems and logic, including ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions* CompTIA A+ certification preferred
