Location: Regional Office - Denver, CO

Job Summary:

The Operations Analyst will be responsible in providing governance oversight and portfolio analysis for certain Pinnacle Client assets. The general focus will be on adherence to the Client's Property Management Policy and Procedure Manual(s). The position will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations & Asset Management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Standardize Client Policy and Operations
• Establish on-going communication with Client Leadership Team and Client Asset Managers to identify areas of deficiency
• Establish on-going communication with PPMS-Regional Property Managers and site level Team Members to identify areas where additional training and/or clarification are necessary
• Abstract all Client Property Management Agreements
• Create a dual-use document combining PPMS Standards of Excellence/Operations Manual and Client Policy and Procedure
• Maintain operational portfolio wide consistency at PPMS-Client assets
• Coordinate efforts with Internal PPMS departments to ensure consistency and availability of information
• Serve as single point of contact for both internal and external PPMS-Client communication that falls outside of standard operations to ensure consistency and accuracy of information sharing
• Educate PPMS Team Members on PPMS-Client operations, Policy and Procedure
• Host a monthly internal PPMS-Client call
• Create a PPMS-Client Operations, Policy and Procedure training module to be integrated into the University of Pinnacle platform for PPMS-Client Team Members in key roles
• Facilitate training modules aimed at developing site level Team Member skills relevant to PPMS-Client Operations, Policy and Procedure
• Participate in the acquisition process of all PPMS-Client assets to ensure compliance with Operational Standards, Policy and Procedure from inception
• Ensure PPMS-Client assets remain compliant with Operational Standards, Policy and Procedure
• Create and utilize a Monthly Score Card for all PPMS-Client assets to ensure timely submission of deadlines related to PPMS-Client Operational Standards, Policy and Procedure
• Create and utilize an audit process to measure accuracy of Score Card related submissions and compliance with PPMS-Client Operational Standards, Policy and Procedure
• Coordinate and submit all Corporate level Client Attestations
• Review property management results on a portfolio wide basis utilizing business intelligence tools
• Achieves high productivity through reliable and punctual attendance and reports any tardiness, attendance and disciplinary issues to immediate supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE:

• Undergraduate business degree in real estate, finance, or accounting desired
• Minimum of 5 years proven multifamily real estate investment or operations experience
• Desired experience includes multifamily real estate property management, asset management, acquisitions, due diligence and underwriting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
