Leasing Consultants at AMLI are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. We are looking for candidates with strong sales skills, exceptional customer service abilities and a desire to work in an environment with cutting edge leasing technology. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. Our "SMART Office" technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff.

Requirements:

HS/GED required, college a big plus.
Weekends are required.
Previous leasing consultant experience is required.
High-rise and lease-up experience is a plus.
