The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and directing guests to the appropriate BH staff, handling incoming calls and performing general administrative duties on behalf of the leasing team, along with managing and organizing resident concierge services and assisting office staff as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
Provides effective customer service to all prospective tenants, current residents and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions.
Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Provides general office assistance, miscellaneous duties, copying, scanning, faxing or typing as needed.
Answers all incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette, directs callers to appropriate person or transfers to voicemail as needed.
Prepares correspondence, memoranda or spreadsheets for office staff as requested.
Assists with competitor market survey reporting.
Coordinates meetings, types agenda, and types notes of meeting and follow up items.
Maintains neat and clean appearance of leasing area and lobby.
Serves as first point of contact for office visitors, greet in a friendly manner, determine nature of visit and escort to their specific destination.
Assists with planning and implementation of special functions, projects and resident activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Associates Degree preferred
Strong computer skills; MS Outlook, Word, Excel
Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
