Executive Assistant/Coordinator of Office Administration
Overview:We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented professional to handle various administrative and support functions. Key responsibilities include administrative assistance for the office, including one executive. Will also coordinate facilities management, supervision of 1 administrative staff, record storage and maintenance, vendor contract negotiation, and maintenance and cost controls. Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience. BA or Associate Degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
