Accounts Specialist (Resident Services Manager)
Assists in the management of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Additionally, the Accounts Specialist will assist in maintaining resident ledgers to ensure accuracy at all times. JOB DESCRIPTIONAssist in managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Establish vendor relationships and maintain accounts and files.Ensure that all student accounts are maintained in the databases (StarRez and Entrata).Verify and balance data on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.Assist with billings to accounts with proper record keeping.Assist in the development of office staff and maintain a positive interaction with residents.Continually maintain and review all proper filing systems.
