DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Continental Properties is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Executive Team (including the CEO, President, Vice Chairman and CFO) and executive area. As Administrative Assistant, you will maintain a calm, confidential, upbeat/positive and efficient workflow in the executive area. You will report directly to the Executive Administrative Assistant.
Essential Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support (filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and letter preparation) to the Executive Administrative Assistant and Executive team • Coordinate and maintain calendars; schedule meetings including Officers and other corporate events • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the executive team • Administer the executive mail on daily basis • Coordinate all monthly Officers' Meetings to include preparation of agenda and event venue and food • Manage/Coordinate all company events to include: Spring Fling, Challenge Meetings, Family Day, Birthday Events, State of the Company, Confabs and any other corporate events • Complete Administrative Department Budget Annually • Maintain relationship with Fox World Travel to include contact for employees with issues with online booking tool, responsible for distribution of award travel perks, attend bi-annual meetings with Fox Rep, and review airline and rental car contracts • Maintain relationship with FedEx and trouble shoot when issues arise

Skills for Success: • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent experience required. • At least two years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant experience, with a preference to support Executives. • You are skillful with technology including Microsoft Suite • Provide a high level of customer service to the executive team and outside vendors • Succeed in a high-pace environment while assisting on simultaneous tasks and projects • Maintain a high level of confidentiality on all job-related tasks.
