Overview:If you have sales experience, a passion for people, and an eye for detail, AMLI Residential has an opportunity for you! AMLI Dry Creek is hiring a customer focused Leasing Consultant who will provide a positive and friendly experience for our prospective and current residents. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. You also have the opportunity to host and plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work. Duties Include:Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments.
