PERFORMANCE Setting new standards
Self-starter and able to supervise projects with coworker(s).
Self-manage work being performed and provide a safe environment for those working with and around project site.
Provide continuous oversight and communication to the Roofing Director of findings and needed repairs of each project.
Provide input on scope and level of work needed to complete each project.
Maintain company design and construction standards, and evolve as appropriate.
Support and contribute to Weidner s Vision, Mission, Values by working efficiently and collaboratively with both external and internal staff.

Assist in making appropriate recommendations to directions of roof and gutter cleaning and repair needs.

Assist in communication between other departments in the Weidner Organization to ensure that the final product when completed meets the needs of Weidner, and the product produced is always improving.

Qualifications
At least two (2) years experience as a Roofing Professional or doing gutter cleaning and repairs with, the majority of that experience on roof systems.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to travel in Washington Region.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing.
