The Concierge is responsible for assisting current residents and providing support to the onsite staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing a high level of administrative support and customer service to residents and other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist office staff as requested
Prepare lease, move in and welcome packages
Prepare property marking materials and distribute
Distribute all resident communications
Update property website
Prepare work orders for maintenance team
Answer phones and great residents and guest
Provide professional, courteous customer service to all residents, guests, and customers
Assist residents with concierge requests such as taxis, directions, packages, etc.
Maintain the cleanliness of the Leasing Office and Clubhouse, including but not limited to the removal of trash, vacuuming, and stocking the bathroom.
Other additional duties assigned by Community Manager.
