Presidium is currently seeking a Corporate Office Manager to join our Company. This position is responsible for the successful day-to-day, administration and operations of the corporate office in addition to property management coordination. This is in our vibrant uptown office.
Assist Co-CEO and other executives with special projects.
Assist Human Resources with onboarding new corporate employees.
Assume the lead regarding office staff administrative needs.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and maintaining appointment calendars.
Conduct property phone and email lead audits, audits of shared drive files and ensure all reporting is up to date.
Coordinate and circulate the onsite and New Hire Orientation calendar.
Ensure telephone communication both internal and external are handled confidentially and timely.
Gather competitor data.
Maintain office and breakroom supply inventory.
Manage the reception area and greet visitors to project a professional image.
Preparing and maintaining correspondence both digital and hard copy filing.
Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.
Receiving and sorting mail and internal packages.
Supervise housekeeping of office areas.
Supervise operation of office equipment.
Work along with President of Property Management with follow up reminders and calendar management.
Other projects as assigned.
High school diploma/GED or higher
2-3 years of experience in office administration
Ability to managing multiple phone lines while multitasking
Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
Outstanding ability to communicate in person, writing and over the phone
Property Management experience is a plus but not required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong attention to detail and customer service is required
