Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield are seeking an experienced administrative professional to add value to our Industrial Sales & Leasing team. The purpose of the Team Coordinator role is to provide administrative support to all professional staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the team at all times. This role will ensure that all services and activities are delivered with the highest level of details and the highest standards. As a key "go-to" person for the team, you will ensure that any issues or requests are resolved effectively and quickly.

You will also be responsible for:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including typing, file management.
- Assist with the extraction of listings for up-load to online advertising
- Coordinating the archiving of soft files and hard files to storage, including allocating leases and contracts of sale
- Assisting with the new Re-Think database and getting it up and running.
- Dictaphone typing of large valuation reports (50 plus pages) which require a high attention to detail, conducting and inserting searches including maps, land and zoning information, leases, planning data, into reports and printing and binding in triplicate for client presentation.
- Use of Concep to create online marketing reports, property particulars, sales information.
- Assist all departments with the preparation and production of reports both amending (including tracked changes/revision marks) and copy typing
- Assisting departments in putting together contracts of sale, vendor statements.
- Copying, collating, binding, scanning and filing.
- Assisting with information or reporting requests from the management team.
- Undertake and assist with project work as required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3 years similar experience in a commercial real estate agency or senior administrative role
- Ability to liaise with senior management in the role as Team Coordinator both within Cushman and Wakefield and with external clients
- Ability to work independently
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
- Highly organised
