As a key team member of the FP&A function, you will support the reporting, consolidation and analysis of financial information, as well as, business partnering with business stakeholders, regional finance and local finance team. This high-profile role provides an opportunity to work deeply with data and analytics and plays an impactful role to support critical reporting communications at the executive level. This involves collaborating with key teams within the function and others within the broader finance teams. You will have a strong understanding of the data and systems to formulate and generate reports to support business and management in making key business decision. This proven FP&A leader will be responsible for reinvigorating, improving, automating and upskilling FP&A initiatives / implementations involving processes, systems and structures. This leader can look forward to driving, strongly influencing and being the sounding board to the leadership team; with regards to the full suite of FP&A activities. The role will also be a commercial business partner within the business and act as an internal commercial consultant for all critical decisions and provide solutions to drive greater profitability.

Strategic partnership:
Highly motivated finance leader who easily cultivates effective relationships with senior executives and staff both inside and outside the Finance organization
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a "peer" with business leaders in local and regional function
Make decisions with limited guidance, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to senior management, while supporting syndication with stakeholders across the organization
Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the business functions
Collaborate with business leaders to quantify the financial impacts of operational risks and opportunities. Successfully apply insights learned to the planning and forecasting processes
Strong executive presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior executives and business partners
Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
Finance:
Financial analysis - Deep analytics that identify, evaluate and communicate business results, trends and outlooks. Leverage tools and systems to quickly access data and present meaningful, concise information to various levels of management. Lead the preparation of analysis, commentary and presentation materials for monthly business review meetings including both financial results and business initiatives.
Financial reporting - Prepare, analyze and summarize various weekly, monthly and periodic reporting and analysis.
Planning process - Prepare and direct the compilation of annual plan and present analysis of monthly forecast vs. actual results. Highlight and understand major forecast assumptions and
their effects on financial outlook. Perform sensitivity analyses to assess reasonable range of outcomes.
Process improvement - Continuously develop tools/systems and automate processes. Evaluate current processes and implement improvements. Manage the implementation of a budgeting and forecasting solution to streamline the forecasting and budgeting processes and provide enhanced reporting functionality.
Financial modelling - Prepare comprehensive financial models with an integrated set of financial statements, assumptions and metrics. Analyze past results and future outcomes in conjunction with market analyses to develop recommendations for changes in model assumptions. Perform sensitivity analyses to assess reasonable range of outcomes. Perform post-mortem analysis.
Leadership and coaching - Provide guidance to indirect reports and other FP&A team members in best practices of financial analyses, report/project deliverables, and business communications.
Others
Project support and ad hoc requests - Manage the development, preparation and communication of ad hoc financial and business analytics on new revenue and cost-saving initiatives, return on investment analyses and other projects as needed.
Decision Support - Direct development and execution of business analytics to provide value-added insights for concept and finance leadership. Utilize data mining techniques to analyze complex financial information, develop key takeaways and provide recommendations to senior leadership
Other ad-hoc projects
You are:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant professional experience
Minimum 5 years in a Listed MNC organisation or large conglomerate
Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (or similar) with a thorough understanding of deal structuring and evaluation
Solid experience in progressive regional financial analysis, business/sales commercial financial business partnering experience
Proficient in Hyperion Essbase and Salesforce.com
Advanced Excel skills including macros & tools to support large modeling
Ability to form data into useful information for Finance & business functional leaders
Proactive, strategic thinker
Strong organizational skills, ability to drive efficiencies, process driven individual who leads and promotes best practice
Deep expertise in new deal management, financial business analysis, preferably with a public company, and demonstrated experience collaborating with various functions.
Commercial focus and ability to structure complex financial analytics / deal models
Prepare succinct and clear executive presentations, often with time sensitive deliverables
