Identify, resolve, and document all maintenance issues and activities related to Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Alarm systems, Carpentry, Painting, and Plastering, to assure the optimal function of the facility. Monitor and identify, in advance, any potential problems with the building systems and report them to the Lead Maintenance Technician or Facilities Supervisor. Assist as required to facilitate the miscellaneous activities and functions carried on in the facility.
Maintain and assure the proper function of the facility and its Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Alarm systems, including repairing minor malfunctions of any of the components in and around the facility.
Assist in establishment of routine preventative maintenance program for all physical plant areas and equipment.
Assist the Facilities Supervisor in maintaining accurate logs to document daily maintenance activities performed at the facility.
Determine and report needed supplies/parts to Supervisor.
Assist the facilities staff with the set-up and other arrangements required to facilitate meetings and training functions carried out at the facility.
Available for on-call rotation
