Overview:AMLI Residential is hiring a Porter/Groundskeeper for our beautiful apartment community in Denver's Uptown neighborhood. Starting pay at $18. 00 an hour plus bonuses.Monday - Friday, day shift.Duties Include:Clean common, amenity and ground areas on a daily basis. Rake, sweep, shovel as circumstances warrant.Check and replace exterior lighting on a regular basis.Prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary. Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
