Job Description Summary
The Supplier Value, Reporting and Analytics Manager is responsible for driving data-driven insights and strategic intelligence within the procurement department. This role will oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of procurement reporting systems, analytics tools, and team members.
This Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of supplier compliance cost management. They will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our suppliers, tracking financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. This role requires a meticulous approach and strong financial acumen.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping procurement strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, and improving cost efficiency.
Job Description
Team Leadership: Manage a team of analysts and specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the Procurement organization.
Reporting and Dashboard Management: Accountable for the development and maintenance of accurate procurement dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for Procurement, C&W Business Units and Clients
Data Analytics: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Develop predictive models to optimize supplier performance and achieve cost reduction/avoidance.
Supplier Performance Management: Collaborate with others to assess supplier performance using data-driven insights. Accountable for development and maintenance of supplier management dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the procurement organization and recommend data-driven solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements. Continuously evaluate and improve the supplier value, reporting and analytics processes to enhance program health, implementing best practices and automation where applicable.
Data Governance: Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data regulations and governance standards.
Supplier Compliance Cost Management: Oversee the process as liaison between the fee collection teams, finance, and leadership. Establish and maintain a process for tracking and reconciling fee forecasts, accruals, actuals, and budgets.
Financial Analysis: Manage periodic financial analysis to identify organizational spend trends, cost-saving opportunities, and fee trends.
Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Prepare and provide necessary documentation for audits.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidateâ™s experience and qualifications.
