Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the seamless execution of a prestigious high-rise development.
Manage and lead subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects and subcontractors to interpret and implement project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.
Foster a culture of excellence in craftsmanship and attention to detail among the construction teams.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, promoting a secure work environment for all team members.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues promptly to minimize project delays.
Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Field experience in construction with exposure to multifamily projects.
Strong organizational, time management and project management skills in order to effectively track, report and manage projects and priorities where meeting deadlines is critical.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment with a wide variety of people, including owners, architects, subcontractors and business leaders.
Critical thinker and self-starter capable of accomplishing a task with limited guidance and supervision.
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
