Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee the management of properties for our clients in South Australia. This role involves fulfilling managerial obligations under property management agreements and presents a significant opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Asset Services business in the region.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of properties for clients in accordance with property management agreements.
Ensure compliance with all terms, conditions, and obligations outlined in management agreements.
Provide exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
Oversee tenant relations, lease enforcement, and financial management and support where required property operations and maintenance services.
Develop and manage operating budgets, ensuring financial goals are met and expenses controlled.
Coordinate and supervise any on-site property staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure risks are managed and properties are maintained in optimal condition.
Prepare and present monthly reports to clients, detailing property performance and financials.
Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as leasing and asset management, to maximize property value and occupancy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role, managing commercial or residential properties.
Land agent or Land Sales Representative and/or Property Manager qualifications with SA Consumer & Business Services
Strong knowledge of property management principles, lease agreements, and landlord-tenant laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
