As a Property Manager Asset Services, you will oversee a diverse portfolio including office, retail, and industrial assets. Reporting to the State Director - Asset Services, you will manage estate and lease functions, maintain high standards, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients and tenants. Drive meaningful conversations, leverage market insights, and navigate discussions to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Manage properties to the highest standards, adhere to performance indicators, and seek ways to enhance asset value. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

• Oversee lease administration, manage critical dates, handle rent collections, and ensure tenant compliance. Coordinate tenant communications and maintain harmonious relationships.

• Develop and track property budgets, control operating costs, and ensure financial reporting accuracy.

• Collaborate with leadership to implement new initiatives, identify potential clients, and drive cross-sell opportunities.

• Uphold Cushman & Wakefield's culture, comply with health and safety obligations, and engage in community practice groups to share best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualifications in Property Management or related discipline

• Agents Representative or equivalent qualification

• Strong client-focus and customer experience mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong attention to detail, planning, and organization

• Negotiation and influencing skills

• Financial acumen and risk management expertise
