Job Description Summary
The Manager is a position within the line of operations of C&W Services. The incumbent is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at multiple locations, as well as directly supervising the cleaning operations. Specific responsibilities include scheduling, performance evaluation, inventory control, quality assurance, orientation, training and customer interface.

Responsibilities
- Pay: $160,000.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday.
- Staffs, directs, and develops personnel to ensure that operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Implements a safety program in accordance with their respective company policy to educate employees on proper use of equipment, chemicals, and supplies with the ultimate goal of reducing liability and worker injury.
- Maintains/monitors work area reports on performance statistics, inventories, problem areas and related information.
- Conducts ongoing quality assurance evaluations/checks of work areas.
- Supervises, motivates, disciplines, and evaluates staff.
- Establishes/maintains job performance standards.
- Ability to create processes, procedures & policies.
- Monitors equipment/supply use inventories.
- Participates in ongoing supervisory skill development as well as maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current technical practices used by C&W Services.
- Provides hands-on-cleaning as required.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- 5 years of previous Facility Management experience.
- PC capabilities (excel, word, power point & email) required.
- Good interpersonal communications skills and ability to work with other people.
- Requires attention to detail.
- Ability to pass an extensive background check.
