Job Description
The Cushman & Wakefield Facilities Supervisor team is responsible for the delivery of a range of property and facilities management services and its various agencies nominated freehold and leasehold property portfolio across New South Wales (NSW). This includes property and facility management, procurement exercises, minor churn, environmental and associated financial management services.
The portfolio is diverse and includes, but is not limited to, commercial offices, depots and workshops.
Role Purpose:
The primary focus of this role is:
To ensure thorough inspections are conducted, including the collection and verification of base asset data
Be the main contact for the local vendor base in your region, gaining an intimate knowledge of their portfolio and requirements
As the local regional SME, provide the upmost in Customer Experience for your clients
About the role:
Key interface between the client and Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s Customer Experience Centre (Helpdesk)
Manage escalations via the Customer Experience Centre (Helpdesk)
Manage the day to day operation of the sites, including scheduled and ad-hoc works
Manage the on-time (KPI) completion of scheduled and ad-hoc works; following through with contractors prior to the due date, with support from the Customer Experience Centre team
Process quoted works with contractors and follow through on timely client and FM approvals
Process invoices for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance works and review and approve costings
Ensure timely submission of invoices by contractors and review finance claims for accuracy

Tertiary qualifications in building or project / facilities management
