Job Description Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Project Director with a proven track record of successfully delivering high profile, high value and mission critical major projects. This position will oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, to the highest standards of quality and safety.
The Project Director will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, regulatory bodies and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of project management duties on allocated projects

About the Role:
- Demonstrate ability of end to end program management.
- Possess an in depth knowledge of procurement, risk and quality practices.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and evaluation skills.
- Possess superior people management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, motivate and influence project managers.
- Direct, support, govern and provide oversight for a team of 2-15 headcount
- Updated pipeline, new win clients, Database of contact person of prospect Clients, Market competitive pricing with positive effect on revenue
- Procurement management: Provide functional support to the projects to enable the appropriate delivery of the procurement process.
- Budget management: comprehensive budget, resource allocation, financial reviews, cost-tracking, variance analysis, and track maintain C&W Bid Transaction Record (BTR)
- Project control & risk management: performance management, project progress management, financial performance risk, etc.,
- Stakeholder management: build strong relationship with clients, customers both internal and external
- Contract management: review agreements and enter into contract with clients and supply chain, ensure they are financially favorable and terms are clear
- Project closure: final review of projectâ™s financial performance, document lessons learned regarding financial management for future project
- Develop maintain health and safety and financial contingency planning

About You:
- 10-15+ years construction, development and mission critical industry experience.
- Proven track record of successful mission critical facility project delivery.
- Bachelorâ™s and advanced degree in project management, construction management, civil engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering (or a related field).
- Achieved industry recognised professional qualification, such as RICS, COIB, AIPM (CPPD), PMP, MSP, ICE or similar.
- Industry specific training in contracts, procurement, PMBOK processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Project, Primavera, Procore) and other relevant tools.
