Job Description Summary
The Sr. Account Director is a key role in C&W with responsibility to manage the client relationship while providing exceptional client service and delivering on all aspects of the contract. The Sr. Account Director sets the strategy for the account, establishes the goals and leads and manages a team of functional Directors and/or Sr. Managers with accountability for delivering outstanding results within their areas of responsibility.

POSITION SUMMARY
Manages the day-to-day client relationship of one or more client accounts in multiple geographic regions within Global Occupier Services (GOS) across two or more service lines below:
1. Integrated Facility Management (including Engineering, EH&S, Sustainability, Supply Chain Mgt. etc.) Â Â
2. Project & Development Services  Â
3. Transaction Management  Â
4. Portfolio Administration  Â
5. Portfolio and Workplace Strategy  Â
The Sr. Account Director is typically responsible for between five and ten million dollars in revenue.
This position provides management across all aspects of the accounts including, but not limited to:
1. Service Delivery Excellence (including innovation, best practices etc.) Â
2. Client Experience & Relationship Management Â
3. Talent Management and Team Development Â
4. Financial Performance (including P&L, contract expansion / renewals etc.) Â
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Â
â¢Â   Obtain a thorough understanding of the clientâ™s business goals and strategies to align real estate services Â
with these objectives Â
â¢Â   Implement the overall vision, strategy and measurement metrics to the applicable service lines Â
â¢Â   Develop and maintain strong client relationships  Â
â¢Â   Implement and manage account governance process  Â
â¢Â   Provide disciplined contract management to meet superior delivery of all contract deliverables Â
â¢Â   Identify existing and new opportunities for enhancing service solutions and capabilities Â
â¢Â   Assist with risk mitigation and dispute resolution for client and C&W Â
â¢Â   Actively manage and develop account talent in partnership with HR, including promotion of diversity, equity & inclusion, talent reviews, performance reviews, succession planning etc.  Â
â¢Â   Support collaboration and performance of all partners including Finance, HR, Sourcing, Legal, Operations, etc. Â
â¢Â   Develop and maintain account P&L management, profitability and overall financial performance   Â
â¢Â   Contribute to the overall service and financial performance of C&W through effective cross-selling and relationship / contract expansion  Â
â¢Â   Ensure quantitative and qualitative analytics and evidenced-based decision making Â

IMPORTANT EDUCATION Â Â

IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE Â
â¢Â   Minimum of 10 years at management level or other similar capacity Â
â¢Â   Experience in directly leading and managing teams, and managing people-managers Â
â¢Â   Client, P&L and contract management experience Â
â¢Â   Experience in the management of an integrated services account, including Integrated Facility Management, Project & Development Services, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration and Â
Strategic Consulting. Â
â¢Â   In-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions
    Â
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Â
Ability to develop positive working relationships with agencies, local government officials, and business Â
community members Â
â¢Â   Possess technical domain knowledge (one or more in IFM, PDS, TM, PA, SCON) Â
â¢Â   Skilled in financial analysis and knowledge of financial concepts Â
â¢Â   Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents Â
â¢Â   Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- US citizenship required
- Ability for domestic travel as required (up 10% of time)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such  as computers, phones and printers. May be required to travel outside between client sites  in varying weather conditions.
