Job Description Summary
As a Capital Markets Product Analyst within TDS, you will interact with the business leaders, brokers and broker support to help capture and define business process vital to their day to day operations. In this role, you will listen to what business outcomes have been prioritized and and assist in translating that to technical requirements, TDS will design and deliver against.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate understanding through verbal and written communications on strategic imperatives, business capabilities, operating model and technology needs of Capital Markets service lines.
- Partner with appropriate stakeholders to formulate, evolve and implement technology and information programs that will contribute to future revenue and profit growth, client satisfaction, competitive position and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain knowledge and relationships within CRE tech companies to know the latest and greatest tech in the market.
- Help facilitate the prioritization of technology delivery based on prioritized business outcomes including coordinating POC builds to prove value.
- Identify ways to adapt and reuse existing solutions to solve new problems, to create new products and to provide new services
- Craft, clarify and/or articulate business cases for proposed solutions and workflows
- Demonstrate the right level of functional and subject matter expertise for all solutions deployed in own service line and/or region
- Work with relevant TDS colleagues and third-party partners to design products by identifying requirements and thinking critically about what will make it successful
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the factors that generate value for Cushman & Wakefield, including product and service offerings, operating model, business processes, supporting information and technology, and opportunities to address unmet client needs
Knowledge and Skills
- In-depth knowledge and experience of all stages of project and program lifecycle, including development of business cases and mobilization through value realization and steady-state
- Experience with different project management and development methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrids) and understanding the issues and concerns that favor a particular delivery approach
- Partner with many different roles on software development teams, including Project Manager, Scrum Master, Quality Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, and Developers
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to execute as well as consult / advise
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across peer groups
- Ability to lead and manage through influence when there is no direct reporting relationship
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to change role and focus easily
