We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our Waikeria based team. The team is based on site at Waikeria Prison and is responsible for managing our clientâ™s property portfolio.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager this role will support the successful delivery and coordination of the services of the contract.
About the Role:
Manage reactive invoicing.
Manage closure of PPM and Reactive jobs.
Actively manage WIP to completion.
Actively manage aged debt.
Assigning jobs to both internal and external contractors.
Prepare and distribute reports as required.
Attend client and contract review meetings as required.
Take meeting minutes, record agreed action points and monitor to completion (if required).
Liaise with internal Contractor Accreditation division to ensure contractors are accredited.
Joint management of the common email inbox with contract support and management team.
Liaise with the Property Help Desk when required.
About You:
Relevant qualifications relating to finance or business management.
Minimum of five years in a facilities administration, property administration, customer service or finance administrator role.
Industry experience in Outsourced Facilities Management is preferred.
