As a Business Intelligence Analyst within our EMEA Analytics team, you will be focused on delivering financial reporting and dashboarding solutions for our internal finance teams and for specific client projects. Collaborating closely with client and internal teams and leadership, you will leverage data to drive insights, enhance client value, and propel our business operations forward. Your role is nested within the larger EMEA Analytics team, ensuring synergy with a wide array of talent including data scientists and automation specialists. You will specialise in analysing and interpreting data, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions for both our clients & internal operations. Your exceptional analytical skills, combined with a deep understanding of BI tools, will enable you to visualise and communicate complex data effectively. This high-visibility role is not just about analysing numbers, it's about being at the heart of innovation and playing a key role in driving significant, positive change across our organisation.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver market, client, and operational intelligence.
Serve as the client's advocate, translating their needs and feedback into actionable insights.
Simplify and present complex data clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring understanding across all client types and levels of leadership.
Convert strategic business inquiries into actionable insights by actively seeking out and defining necessary analytics resources and requirements.
Create prototype solutions such as reports and dashboards to visually represent complex data sets and support insight generation.
Partner closely with wider EMEA Analytics Team to ensure the maximum value and best outcome is achieved.
Deliver on the KPIs assigned to you that align with business goals, supported by a solid analytical framework.
Facilitate communication between business units and Analytics teams to clearly define project objectives, business needs, and timelines, enhancing data organization, innovation, and optimization.
Requirements:
Fluent English is a requirement.
Bachelorâ™s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate or Technology.
Common MS Office applications to excellent levels including SharePoint and OneDrive.
Min. 2 years of experience with Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps
SQL is an advantage
Great attention to detail, diligent and focused.
Committed, able to work to deadlines, prioritise and juggle between tasks.
Business writing and reporting skills
Thoughtful, collaborative, and proactive ready to engage with stakeholders across the globe.
Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.
