The Investment Advisory Team acts as an advisor throughout Germany for large-volume real estate transactions of all asset classes, which often have a high level of complexity. In addition, we are one of the market-leading advisory teams in alternative asset classes in Germany, such as e.g., healthcare real estate. Our team shows great team spirit and a very high level of performance and offers excellent consulting services for our clients. Over the past 3 years, the team has advised on transactions totaling several billion Euros. Their clients include private equity companies, sovereign wealth funds, operating businesses as well as traditional portfolio holders.
Core responsibilities/About the role:
 Buyside and sellside advice on portfolio transactions and individual transactions in alternatives (e.g. life science and healthcare properties) as well as on M&A transactions including strategic business plan advice.
Assisting the senior transaction team with underwriting through discounted cash flow modelling and other valuation approaches
Creating and presenting marketing and pitch documents as well as structuring of transaction data rooms
Project management and coordination of transaction processes from start to finish
Research of financial and real estate-related market data
Site viewings with investors and consultants
Developing business relations
Knowledge & experience/About you:
Degree in the field of real estate, economics, engineering, or a similar subject
Initial experience in real estate or financial services desirable
High level of commitment, team spirit and willingness to travel as well as being flexible and having time management skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint, possibly Power BI)
Attention to detail, multitasking and the ability to see the big picture
