JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
An Assignments Coordinator serves as the immediate line of customer service and student interaction on behalf of Campus Housing at the University of Kentucky. This position is responsible for positively contributing to a high-quality living experience for student satisfaction. This role will perform all activities related to administrative oversight, marketing to new students, providing resident satisfaction throughout the housing cycle while encouraging residents to renew, making it both challenging and rewarding for those with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assignments Coordinator (Leasing Professional) reports to the Assistant Director of Occupancy Management and serves as the immediate line of customer service and student interaction on behalf of Campus Housing at the University of Kentucky. They are responsible for positively contributing to a high-quality living experience for student satisfaction. Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent, previous experience in customer service role.
Familiarity with database systems such as Entrata, PeopleSoft, StarRez and SAP.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
This position offers a base compensation of $18/hour and is also eligible for the following benefits:

Additional Compensation:
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
