This role is responsible for standardizing and adapting EHS processes to create a unified activities calendar for the client account. An EHS audit program will be implemented to ensure compliance with regulations, reduce risks, and improve performance according to C&W and client expectations. Additionally, training will be developed for site contacts, safe working practices will be enforced, and effective relationships witj FM Operations team will be established to enhance overall safety and awareness procedures.
Job Description
About the Role:
Adapt and standardize EHS agreed processes, plan, and activities calendar to operate across the client account
Devise and implement an EHS audit program to monitor compliance against statutory regulations, reduce risk and improve performance against C&W EHS management systems and processes as well as clientâ™s EHS expectations
Track, manage and implement corrective action plans on non-conformance related items
Develop and deploy EHS training and awareness for site contacts
Implement safe working practices and procedures and maintain a high awareness of safety by training employees and work permit system
Programs manage the collection of EHS (energy, waste, water, PPEs, chemical, LTI, near miss and first aid) related data from across all sites and prepare monthly status reports
Identify and drive EHS best practices, identified through audits, across all target locations
Support the implementation of clientâ™s EHS management system within defined client region and C&W scope of operations
Monitor and record reportable incidents and accidents as well as provide support for accident investigations
Develop and manage EHS procedures to prepare for and respond to emergency situations involving occupational health and safety risks
Establish effective working relationships with FM Operations teams and functional peers is essential
About You:
Knowledgeable on Environment, Health & Safety, and primary interface within defined geographic regions for both C&W and client representatives
Has 1 â“ 2 years worth of work experience in Environment, Health and Safety
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Graduates with Health and Safety Certification, Engineering and or Technical Specialties
Strong written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
