ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Â Â
Assist the Property Manager with the overall operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc. Â
Assist the Property Manager with providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.  Â

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions. Â
PHYSICAL DEMANDSÂ Â

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods of time. They must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly operate office machinery. The employee must be able to travel up to 15% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration. The employee must demonstrate the ability to exert up to 25 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds frequently, and/or up to 25 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Â
