Responsible to perform general inspection, cleaning, and stocking supplies in all common areas inside and outside of assigned building/property

Essential functions and responsibilities
Sweeps and picks up litter in garage and ramps, sweep and mop elevators, sweep and clean all stairwells
Monitors tenant parking in garage and alley parking lot and notify manager of violation of parking rules.
Monitors exterior parking lots and cleans as needed.
Assist monthly parkers and visitors as needed when entering or exiting the garage or parking lots
Assist parkers if they need to contact a towing company
May perform other maintenance duties such as cleaning garage lights of dust and accumulated dirt as needed. This includes using sweeper or power washing equipment or other required cleaning equipment
The associate is regularly required to run; stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. ⢠Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Important education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Important experience
1-2 years of related experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional commercial property environment. This role is generally located in the garage area of a commercial property and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.
