Job Description Summary
SCB Singapore Cluster Lead is responsible for delivering successful relocation and churn (below 25K) projects involving people while also acting as an experienced figure on other projects for both clients and Cushman and Wakefield staff.
SCB Singapore Cluster Lead will have proven expertise in high-quality project delivery and can manage and train staff on a day-to-day basis. He/she will be expected to manage or oversee several concurrent projects/clients while ensuring high-quality delivery on each.
SCB Singapore Cluster Lead will have great judgement and proven expertise in key decision-making for complex situations. He/she will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as impeccable time management and administration skills.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
·        Lead, coordinate, and manage all move and churn projects involving people within Sg cluster, ensuring alignment with company goals and business unit requirements.
·        Act as a leader for all assigned teams ensuring services are delivered to the Cushman and Wakefield quality standard
·        Serve as an escalation point for SCB if teams are underperforming
Stakeholder Engagement:
·        Work closely with stakeholdersâ”including Facilities, Prop Tech, Project team, and business unit leadersâ”to understand workspace needs and execute moves and rearrangements that enhance team productivity and collaboration.
·        Ensure client satisfaction is maintained and exceeded
Planning and Execution:
·        Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating all aspects of move logistics, space assignments, furniture layout, and equipment relocation.
·        Review project progress and scope with clients and on-site teams to ensure all agreed milestones are achieved
·        Approve communication / MAC plans prior to release to the client
·        Raise performance and resourcing issues with the Asia Lead Change Management as necessary.
·        Ensure project continuity when staffing changes occur
Team Oversight and Development:
·        Manage and guide a team of project managers and coordinators, ensuring they have the resources, support, and direction needed to execute projects successfully.
Vendor Management:
·        Manage vendor relationships for moving services, contractors, and related providers to ensure quality and efficiency within budget constraints.
·        Oversee all RFP processes and ensure that industry standard practices are followed.
Change Management:
·        Support the change management efforts in Asia associated with moves and space changes, working to ensure minimal disruption and effective communication with impacted employees.
Compliance and Safety:
·        Ensure that all moves and workspace changes comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
·        Maintain accurate records of all moves, updates to floor plans, and churn data. Regularly report project status, occupancy metrics, and key outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
