Job Description Summary

The Senior Leasing Executive is expected to contribute and deliver optimum business revenue generating leads and clients. The role of this position enables the team to achieve the target revenue, builds strong business acumen strategies, provides insights on current market trends, and manages existing and future Clients.

About the Role:

• To represent clients to deal with landlords/sellers
• Prepare proposals and sales contracts
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales, have sharing mindset is critical to be successful
• Work closely with internal advisory teams and external consultants to make the comprehensive and in-depth analysis regarding advisory proposals, build to suit, sale and leaseback, repositioning, sales/purchase and leasing consultancy.

About You:

• At least 2 years of experience working in the Corporate Real Estate industry.
• At least a bachelorâ™s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or marketing or any business-related course.
• Experience & knowledge across a broad range of corporate real estate activities essential.
• Strong client focus and customer service mindset essential.
