The HR Generalist is responsible for partnering with the business on a variety of HR initiatives related to talent management including performance management and employee relations (investigations, communications, and employee development) and onboarding. This role will assist the HR People Partnering function in delivering exceptional support to the Americas Advisory organization.

Responsibilities
Provide routine and ad-hoc people metrics to People Partners and HRMs, leveraging dashboards and Workday reporting â‹
Ensure all HR-related data in Workday is accurate for Americas Advisory including compensation plans, supervisory organizations, and other related job data
Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to all talent needsâ‹ across all Americas Advisory markets
Provide external and internal compensation benchmark information to hiring managersâ‹
Review and approve job requisitions in Workdayâ‹
Request compensation COE review on behalf of HR Managers and People Partners
Conduct all relevant data audits for Americas Advisory
Support People Partners and HR Managers with C&W talent processes within Americas Advisory, including performance management and calibration, talent review, and succession and development planning â‹
Engage with supervisors and managers on routine HR matters, including performance and conduct issues and policy interpretation â‹
Direct employees, supervisors and managers to the appropriate HR resources (HelpHub, TA) and act as liaison to support quick and thorough resolutions. Assist People Partners with stakeholder management for escalated HelpHub tickets.
Support all HR initiatives and projects across Americas Advisory
Collaborate with local and national HR teams to implement policy updates, process improvements, streamline onboarding practices and provide improved training programs.
Partner with Employee Relations and Ethics & Compliance teams to resolve general employee relations issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other relevant field
2 years HR Generalist/Consultant experience with diverse employee population and strong employee relations experience
Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and HRIS proficiency (PeopleSoft or Workday preferred)
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
Highly collaborative with clients and co-workers. Strong interpersonal skills.
Reliable knowledge of State and Federal employment law
Experience in real estate, property management or professional services, a plus
Willing to travel
Excellent oral and written communication capabilities
Superior relationship skills
Coaching and dispute resolution skills
Facilitation skills to execute training
Strong business acumen
Physical Requirements
Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day

Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
