Job Description Summary

Our Global Occupier Services (GOS) team delivers tailored services for globally active companies across consulting, transactions, project management, workplace solutions, and integrated facilities management.
We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist (23 hours per week) to join our team. In this role, youâ™ll be the first point of contact for clients, employees, and visitorsâ”helping create a warm, professional, and seamless front-of-house experience.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all visitors with enthusiasm, professionalism, and courtesy
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and office space
Manage visitor logs, issue guest badges, and provide directions or assistance as needed
Coordinate with property managers, vendors, and security as required
Provide general administrative support, event coordination, and meeting room bookings
Order supplies and help maintain communal office areas
Follow all company safety and security protocols
About You:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a reception, customer service, hospitality or front desk role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and effective under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and proactive
Working Hours:
Part-time position â“ 23 hours per week
Flexibility may be required to support meetings, events, or coverage needs
