Maintain HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis as part of the facilities preventive maintenance program. Perform other related duties as assigned such as snow removal, assisting other tradesmen, and emergency repairs. Adhere to established HVAC work order preventive maintenance schedule. Perform assigned functions ensuring required, requested, and planned repairs, modifications, installations, renovations, and other general maintenance activities
