What We’re Looking For

We are seeking customer-focused, sales-driven individuals with a strong background in leasing and property management. Ideal candidates are organized, professional, and passionate about resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of on-site apartment leasing experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service and sales acumen

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Onsite)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and leasing presentations with prospective residents

• Lease and pre-lease apartments, accurately processing all related documentation

• Generate qualified leads through outreach, referrals, and marketing strategies

• Maintain a strong closing ratio and contribute to meeting community leasing goals

• Assist in resident events, branding, and social media engagement

• Monitor community standards and ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies

• Collaborate professionally with property managers and team members
