본 ì—­í• ì FM 운영 전반의 행정 ì§ì›, 공급업체 ê´ë¦¬, 고객 커뮤니ì¼ì´ì…˜ 및 문서 ê´ë¦¬ 등 다양한 영역에서 íŒì˜ 원활한 서비스 제공을 보조합니다.

Job Description

About the Role:

• 민원 접수 및 ê´ë¦¬ â“ ì „êµ­ 7ê°œ ì§ì—­ë³¸ë¶(강남, 강북, 강동, ê°•ì„œ, 충ë¶, 충호, 영남)의 민원 접수 및 ë°°ë¶, 접수ëŒìž¥ ê´ë¦¬ 및 Client ë³´ê³ 
• Famis360 시스템 및 WO(Work Order) ê´ë¦¬ ⓠ계정 생성, WO 발행 및 상태 ê´ë¦¬, 공사건 처리 추적
• ì •ê¸°ì ê² ë° 시설 유ì§ë³´ìˆ˜ ⓠ소유사옥/ì§ì  PPM, UPS·항온항습기 점ê², GEMS ë³´ê³ , 비품 ê´ë¦¬ 및 유ì§ë³´ìˆ˜ 기안 진행
• ê´ë ¨ 법규 및 회사 ì •ì±… ì¤ìˆ˜ë¥¼ 위한 시설 운영 ì§ì›
• 안전하고 ê±´ê°•í•œ 업무 환경 ìœ ì§ ë° 정기 ì ê² ë³´ì¡°
• 위험요소, 사고 및 비상상황 발생 ì‹œ 신속한 ëŒì‘ ì§ì›
• 일상 유ì§ë³´ìˆ˜ 및 계획 정비 ê´ë ¨ 업무 ì§ì›
• 벤더 및 공급업체 계약, ê´ë¦¬, 성과 모니터링 ë³´ì¡°
• 시설 ê´ë ¨ 예산 수립, 집행 및 비용 ë³´ê³  ì§ì› (OPEX/CAPEX)
• ìž‘ì—…ì§ì‹œì„œ(Work Order), 구매요청(PR), 발주(PO) 및 ê²°ì œ 프로세스 ì§ì›
• 시설 ê´ë ¨ 문서, 도면, 매뉴얼 등 자료의 체계적 ê´ë¦¬
• 고객 만족도 향상을 위한 커뮤니ì¼ì´ì…˜ 및 서비스 품질 ê´ë¦¬
• ê¸°íƒ FM 운영 ê´ë ¨ 업무 ì§ì›

About You:

• 시설ê´ë¦¬, 빌딩 운영 또는 ìœ ê´ ë¶„ì•¼ 경력자 ìš°ëŒ
• 고객 ì‘ëŒ ë° 커뮤니ì¼ì´ì…˜ 능력 우수자
• 다중 업무 수행 및 이해ê´ê³„자 ê´ë¦¬ 능력 보유자
• 기본적인 MS Office 및 시설ê´ë¦¬ 시스템(FMIS 등) 활용 ê°ëŠ¥ìž
