This role is responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating execution activities. Also monitor energy consumption and work to reduce usage within the construction process.
Job Description
About the Role:
1. On-site activities including Electrical and ELV package including DG SET, UPS, as well as
Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, and technical specifications.
2. Leading entire project team including architects, consultants, project managers, vendors etc.
3. Design coordination to be done with consultant
4. Supervising and commissioning and testing of HT/LT Panel, transformer, Busduct, LTÂ panel, Earthing, Cable Tray and HT & LT Cable Laying etc.
5. He has should knowledge in ELV Package like BMS, FAS, PAS, IT, CCTV, ACS, UPS.
6. Track project progress against the schedule, identifying and addressing any deviations specific to Electrical project tasks.
7. Manage client expectations, ensuring they are kept informed of project status and any issues.
8. Coordinated with all agencies and vendor involved in project.
9. Experience in electrical project execution with industrial processes and equipment, such as pumps, motors, and valves.
23. Coordinate with clients for final inspection, punch list clearance, and handover.
24. Day-to day coordination with the contractors at site.
25. Review the 'GOOD FOR CONSTRUCTION' drawings being issued for construction and report any proposed changes and their implications to Client.
26. Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety
environmental analysis, Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
27. Review payment requests/ Bills/ Invoices, coordinate certification and other conditions for payment and submit to Client.
About You:
B.E Electrical & Instrumental with 8 to 10 years of experience
Proficient in mathematical and computer skills, including Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
Excellent organizational and motivational skills
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
