Title: Industrial Maintenance Technical Trainer
Location: Blair Nebraska
Salary: Up to $90,334 annually depending on experience in Industrial Maintenance
Hours: Mon-Fri 7a-330p
Travel: 25-35% ( to remote sites in Texas and North Dakota, and occasional regional meetings)

Job Description
What Will I Be Doing? Â

Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. âœSafety Firstâ expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.Â
Present lectures and conduct discussions to increase employees' knowledge, using visual aids such as graphs, charts, videotapes, and slidesÂ
Conduct on-the-job training, classes, or training sessions to teach and demonstrate processes, techniques, procedures, and/or methods of designated subjectsÂ
Select and assemble books, materials, supplies, and equipment for training, courses, or projects.Â
Administer oral, written, or performance tests in order to measure progress, and to evaluate training effectivenessÂ
Documenting/Recording Information â” Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form; Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.Â
Interacting With Computers â” Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, set up functions, enter data, or process information.Â
Drafting, Laying Out, and Specifying Technical Devices, Parts, and Equipment â” Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications to tell others about how devices, parts, equipment, or structures are to be fabricated, constructed, assembled, modified, maintained, or used.Â

Engineering and Technology â” Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying processes, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the designÂ
Mathematics â” Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and correctly; ability to select the right mathematical method or formulas to solve problems.Â
Physics â” Knowledge and prediction of physical properties, laws, their interrelationships, and applications to fluid, material, atmospheric dynamics, and mechanical/electrical structures and processes.Â
Building and Construction â” Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures.Â
Machine Reliability Procedures and Practicesâ”RCM, RCA, Lean, Predictive technologies, Alignment, Planning, Scheduling.Â
Communication Skills â“ Ability to communicate with others using verbal, non-verbal, written, reading, and listening skills. Experience with remote/online presentation is a bonus.Â
Industrial Health & Safety â“ Knowledge of industrial safety policies, and procedures; Provide assistance regarding the development, implementation, and presentation of training to the site safety departmentÂ
